VENDOR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)

Every Vendor that wishes to participate at any of the EatLoco Farmers Markets, MUST provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and kept on file with EatLoco. It is the vendors responsibility to make sure their COI is up-to-date at all times. Vendors without a valid COI, will not be allowed to participate at the EatLoco markets.

COI REQUIREMENTS

• All vendors must have a COI (yes, even Artisans & Crafters) 

• Your company name (or your full name) must be listed on the policy

• Must be a General Liability policy (for at least a 1 Million dollar value)

• Must have a non-expired expiration date

• Must have EatLoco listed as an Additional Insured (or Certificate Holder) as follows:
