Join Our Team as a Market Manager!


Do you love working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment? EatLoco is looking for enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Market Managers!

 

We're looking for Market Managers for our Ashbrook, Brambleton, Dulles Town Center and MetPark Market locations starting in March 2025.
 

Your Duties:

  • Work your choice of Saturday, Sunday or even Tuesday (MetPark location)

  • You don't have to work every weekend.
     

  • Coordinate vendor setup and ensure smooth market operations.

  • Welcome customers and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Handle questions, resolve issues, and address emergencies efficiently.

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized market space.

  • Oversee market breakdown and cleanup at the end of the day.

  • Not required to help vendor​s setup their tents (they do this on their own)​​

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must have drivers license

  • A reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work early mostly weekends (most 6AM - 2PM, Dulles Market 6AM-3PM)

  • A passion for supporting local businesses and connecting with the community.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.

  • Must be coachable and take directions.
