Market Managers Positions available for:
One Loudoun (Saturdays)
MetPark (Saturdays) (Amazon HQ2 in Arlington)
Brambleton, (Sundays)
Loudoun Station (Sundays)
Market Managers hours: 6:30AM - 2PM
Mix and match the markets and/or days you'd like to work. You don't have to work every weekend.
Pay: $150/day
Work in a fun, outdoor, safe and upbeat environment while helping your local farmers, small businesses and community. EatLoco, LLC is hiring several Market Managers (for all 4 of our markets) to help manage and run our highly successful Farmers Markets. Market Managers play an integral role in the success of the market each weekend, and are counted on heavily to be punctual, professional and friendly. You would never work alone (with the exception of our Brambleton market) and you'd always have immediate access to your Supervisor. In addition, all Market Managers carry a 2-way radio to communicate with each other throughout the day.
Candidate Responsibilities:

Be able to drive company van for market setup

Put out road closure signs, trash cans, parking cones.

Direct vendors to their proper location

Ensure vendors have proper tent weights, food permits, and are following market protocol.

Patrol market to assist vendors and customers.

No heavy lifting is required

Interact with customers to field questions.

Vendors unpack their own vehicle, setup their own tent and does not require assistance from our staff.

Empty trash cans when full.

Provide reports using the on-line Managers portal communicating market operations, suggestions, weather, customer, & vendor concerns and/or issues.
