When the pandemic hit, we were stuck at home with some free time on our hands. We wanted to make good, New York Style bagels as there aren't many good bagels in our area. We also wanted to give back to the community with our newfound pandemic hobby. We decided to share our bagel joy with neighbors if they donated to the local food bank. As rave reviews started piling up, we couldn't help but begin ramping up the production.
As we began experimenting with different flavors of bagels and cream cheeses we were able to fine-tune our recipe. Our bagels are hand turned, water boiled, and have tops and bottoms indistinguishable from each other (as it should be)!
We prioritize not cutting corners both in our recipes as well as distribution. Our specialty bagels are in a weekly rotation, as they have toppings and mixins within the dough making every bite better than the last. From the distribution point, all our packaging is both unbleached and FSC certified, making it fully recyclable!
We are cooking out of a commercial kitchen which allows us to make our bagels both in higher quality and quantity. Come stop by to get some of the best bagels south of the Jersey Turnpike!
