Owner, Daniel Hayes, began his career as a chef in New England in the early 80’s before moving to Washington, DC where he continued his chef profession at Nathans in Georgetown, L’Auberge Chez François in Great Falls, among others. Settled for years now in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, his hand-made pasta made by Daniel and his skilled staff perfectly complement any Italian dinner, casual or formal.
