I feel very lucky to have turned a childhood memory into my career. Throughout the past few years, I’ve attended and graduated from Monroe Technology Center's Culinary Arts program, I have received an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry from Johnson & Wales University, studied pastry at Ecole Ducasse in France, and worked at Salamander Resort and a few small bakeries between Virginia and college. It is a great pleasure to now be at the EatLoco Farmers Markets in One Loudoun and Brambleton where I have the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people while sharing the most important part of who I am. I'm so excited to see where this light guides me, thank you for being part of it!
