PAM JONES & SARAH WAYBRIGHT (Owners)
Gathering Springs Farm is a woman-owned regenerative farm right here in Loudoun County, VA. Owners Pam and Sarah became friends working on a vegetable farm in Fairfax County and quickly realized their values and goals aligned. In 2018, Pam (a retired professional athlete and marketing consultant) and Sarah (a registered dietician and health coach) founded GSF on land owned by Pam and her husband.
Soil health has always been a top priority for the farmers, knowing that healthy soils which are rich in minerals and biologically active will produce superior vegetables. Both Pam and Sarah came to farming from a healthy eating origin and this is still part of their mission today.
Bringing people together through food and community is another pillar that GSF was founded on. Hosting on farm events, workshops and dinners is a growing part of the farm so keep an eye out on the website for more information about upcoming events.
