Certificate of Insurance
Every Vendor that wishes to participate at either of the EatLoco Farmers Markets (One Loudoun or Brambleton), must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and kept on file with EatLoco. It is the vendors responsibility to make sure their COI is up-to-date at all times. Vendors without a valid COI, will not be allowed to participate at the market for that coming weekend.
The COI:
Must have your name or your company's name listed on the policy.
Must be a General Liability policy worth 1 Million dollars
Must have a non-expired expiration date
Must list EatLoco as an Additional Insured (or Certificate Holder) as follows:
EatLoco, LLC
525-K East Market Street
#117
Leesburg, VA. 20176
Once your COI has been obtained from your insurance company and only when it meets all the above requirements, it must be upload into your Manage My Market profile and all expired copies of your COI should be removed.
Thank you!
