GENERAL - The EatLoco TUESDAY Market at MetPark is limited to 18 -20 weekly vendors and will be held on the Central Green only (football shaped, grassy field at MetPark). Our Tuesday market is made up of HOT food, prepared food, produce, flowers, snacks, and drink vendors. Our focus are the 1000's of Amazon employees in the 2 large corporate buildings overlooking MetPark, and the 1000's of apartments in the immediate area of people working from home and stay-at-home parents who would love an opportunity to shop the market during the week.

ARRIVAL TIME - Vendors should arrive at the TUESDAY Market by 8:45AM and be “setup and ready to sell” by 9:45AM.

LOADING/UNLOADING (see diagram above). Parking is made available to EatLoco vendors on S. Fair Street only before and during the market. However, you will need to hand carry (or use a dolly) your things over to the Central Green.

MARKET SETUP - EatLoco vendors set up our Central Green around the perimeter of this area (all facing in), and with about 6 feet behind each of them. Do not setup wherever you would like, always check the layout "weekly" to see where we have you placed or check with the Market Manager on duty. Note: Tuesday layouts are not updated until Monday afternoon each week.


HOT FOOD VENDORS
 

• PROTECTIVE MATS - Protective mats must be placed under cooking areas at all times
   

• POWER GENERATORS- are NOT needed at MetPark. Power is available for all vendors that require it. Please bring a 50-100-foot extension cord with you, with multiple outlets.
   

• PROPANE- Vendors using PROPANE, must keep their propane tank in a box or crate or something that prevents the tank from rolling around.
   

• FIRE EXTINGUISHER - must be in plain sight at all times (not in your car, packed away in a box, etc). Must be visible for the Fire Marshal to see. K-Class fire extinguishers are required.​

• TEMP FOOD PERMIT- Arlington or VA Temp Health Permit must be displayed on the tent pole for Hot food vendors at all times.

PARKING ON TUESDAYS

S. FAIR STREET (FREE) (between 13th & 14 street), is reserved for EatLoco vendors Saturdays and Tuesdays from 6AM - 2PM. Spaces are limited, so get there early. Park on the right side of S. Fair street only (building side). You’ll be ticketed/ towed if you park on the opposite side. If you bring more than one vehicle to the market (for hired help), please use only ONE of the spaces on S. Fair Street and have the others park in one of the Amazon garages or on-street parking. Be fair to other vendors and only use only 1 space on S. Fair St. Get a parking pass for S. Fair St. (to display on your driver's side dashboard), from EatLoco during the week (not on market day). And please don't forget your pass on market day. Our market staff don’t carry extra passes with them. If you need one, please let us know ahead of time and we will email one to you. You will be towed off of S. Fair Street without one. The same pass is used every week.


PARKING PASS FOR AMAZON PARKING GARAGE - If there is no room left on S. Fair St, you can park in the Amazon garages for FREE. You can receive a parking pass from our market manager on Market day. Each of these passes work only once.
